Crofting Critter Soap

The body of this soap is honey based so wonderfully moisturising and full of soothing antioxidants. The addition of lemongrass essential oil gives it an undeniably refreshing aroma. Lemongrass is a common ingredient in Thai and Asian cuisine but lesser known for its uses as an essential oil. As you might guess it does share the scent of lemons but it’s less sour, milder and sweeter. Lemongrass is reported to be antimicrobial, antiseptic, deodorant, fungicidal and some say bugs don’t like it. That might be why the Critters added it to their soap. Each soap has a Critter on the side made from Goats Milk Soap with the addition of Tea Tree essential oil which shares many of the same benefits as the lemongrass. The combined aroma is fresh and wonderful.
