Goats Milk and Oatmeal Soap

Ground oatmeal is a Scottish staple so there had to be a Crofters Kitchen Soap blended with oatmeal. The benefits of oatmeal in your diet is well publicised but may be the benefits in soap are not as well known. Oatmeal contains saponins which are natural cleaning agents, helping soften and soothe the skin, it also gently exfoliates, removing dirt and impurities. Oatmeal is also known to help balance the skins leaving a natural, healthy, glow.
